Within the next 45 days or so, will be obtaining pricing, floor plans, homes site renderings, and included, feature sheets for our next Riverside Phase.

- New floor plans which have never been built in Riverside.

- Pre-sales will start sometime later in the summer or early fall.
- Builder line-up for Bolden Grove will be Structures Building Company, JacksonBuilt Homes, Cline Homes, Saussy Burbank, David Weekley Homes, Front Door Communities, and The Burton Company.
