All right, ya”ll, we’re turning off of Hwy 17 into a little neighborhood called WEXFORD PARK, and WEXFOR PARK is kind of a little infill or track of land a developer bought a couple of years ago and built 20 or so Charleston Single looking or Coastal style houses, modeled after Moultrie Park in Belle Hall. These homes were built by Dobson Homes, they’re hardi-plank and most are in the low $300K range. Varying square feet. I think range is probably 1500 to almost 2000 square feet. Some have garages. Some with a single car garage and some with double car garages. But you know, they’re cute looking houses in a good location in relation to Mt. Pleasant for this price point for a single family home. One thing you do have to keep in mind and you’ll probably see it as we drive out of here, is that you are right next to Highway 17 but I don’t think you pick up a lot of road noise back up here. But you would get some. I don’t think it would be like waking you up in the middle of the night, but its definitely something to think about. WEXFORD PARK is zoned into the new Jennie Moore Elementary School and Laing Middle School, just about one half mile away, so kids could walk to school if they needed to. There has been some more commercial space developed through here. You’ve got a good after hours pediatric care facility set up by the Medical University to bring your kids to if they’re sick. Right on Hwy 17 across from BRICKYARD PLANTATION is this small neighborhood, WEXFORD PARK.
