Waterford is a 52-unit condo complex with two bedrooms and two baths. Select units have an additional half bath. The complex was built between 1984 and 1986 and all units are approximately 1052 to 1250 square feet. There is a community pool for homeowners use.
A majority of the units overlook a small lagoon which features a fountain.
The subdivision is tucked off of Frontage Road near the athletic club. The
