The Wando East subdivision is located near the old Wando High School of Mount Pleasant. This is one of the least expensive subdivisions in Mt Pleasant. Homes were built from 1977 to 1995. Homes range in size from 1137 to 1075 square feet.
Hunters Run, resides towards the back of the Wando East subdivision, and features town homes. The town homes range in size from 1066 to 1440 square feet. Most units were built in 1987 however there were a few units built in 1996 to 1997. All units are either 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths or 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths.
