Before we take you in to GRASSY CREEK, we’re going to ride you through a neighborhood that I get a lot of emails about which is TIDAL WALK. TIDAL WALK is a tract of land that sat undeveloped for a long time and actually had a lot of trees at one time. It’s being developed by D R Horton, which is a national builder. And I get a lot of emails about this neighborhood. The thing that is very important about TIDAL WALK is its proximity to Hwy I-526. You probably can’t hear it from this video, you probably can’t see it through the trees because its summertime, but there is a significant amount of road noise. Granted, these houses are priced in the $400K range and as we ride through here, it looks like there are a lot of ‘sold’ signs and even a lot of ‘sold’ signs on lots that back up to the interstate, so again, this is TIDAL WALK. Nothing to see, but it is something people are asking me a lot about. Location wise, it’s a home run, but road noise would be something you’d definitely need to consider if TIDAL WALK ends up on the agenda.
