Southampton Pointe Condos

Southampton Pointe is a condo community located just off US 17, south of the Isle of Palms Connector and feature amenities that include tennis courts, a swimming pool, clubhouse and exercise area. Popular as vacation homes and investment property, the condos at Southampton Pointe range in size from under 1,000 to over 1,400 sq.ft. with one to three bedrooms and 1 to 2 baths. Most of the condos were built in 1999 and 2000.
