Into the next town home complex and the closest town home complex to Sullivan’s Island is SAWYERS LANDING Many people that have been in Mt. Pleasant a long time or you know, came to Sullivan’s Island a lot over the years, remember Simmons Seafood sitting here. Simmons Seafood from an old Charleston family, ran their seafood business out of here for years. And they sold this to a developer….I don’t know, probably back in the early 2000’s. And these, as we’re riding around right now, are what they built over the last, probably three to ten years. Some of these were built right before the economy crashed. And these are 3 and 4 bedrooms. You can see, you park underneath them. They all have elevators, they have elevator shafts. I mean, the one thing to keep in mind about these is you know, they’re very vertical. There’s not much living space on each floor due to the fact that they’re stuck right next to each other. They’re covered by a regime, there’s no amenity center and the square footage ranges anywhere from 1,900. I think the biggest one is about 3,000 square feet. Great spot, and something, if you’re looking for a town home in Mt. Pleasant to possibly check out.
