Rice Planters Pointe

Hi, My name is Carey Nikonchuk and I am a real estate agent with THE BRENNAMAN GROUP. Bob Brennaman and I have been partners, going on 8 years now and I’m taking over the driving tour for him today on the Long Point Road area. Our first neighborhood today, is RICE PLANTERS POINTE. Its a very small neighborhood off of Long Point Road just across from BOONE HALL PLANTATION. Many of the homes here are brick, custom built homes. There is approximately, in the entire area, 1,000 acres and homes are situated along the marsh and golf course and on a number of cul-de-sacs. Prices range from anywhere in the $500K’s up to $1 million. All, beautiful homes with different styles, many in the Lowcountry style. Its a very small neighborhood with lots of trees. Most of the neighborhoods off of Long Point are well established with mature trees. These homes were built, approximately in the late 80’s all the way into the 2000’s. I like the lot sizes. I think that makes for a more beautiful feel in the neighborhood. There are no amenities, but the lot sizes are what make this area so nice along with the location. Very close to I-526 and the Belle Hall Shopping Center. There are lots of restaurants, shopping, Harris Teeter and Steinmart…..very close and convenient. Just down the road as you drive down Long Point are views of Holbreck Creek and the neighborhood across the creek is LONG POINT which we will be driving through next. To the left, you can see the SNEE FARM GOLF COURSE.
