Seaside Farms complex (Target & Piggly Wiggly), and various restaurants are just down the road.
All right, ya’ll, so we’re heading out of RAVEN’S RUN, a gated community like we talked about going in and we’re going right across the street to a smaller neighborhood called QUAIL HOLLOW. And QUAIL HOLLOW is a neighborhood of about 105 homes that were built between 1984 and probably I would say, 1993. A little bit older community. You’re about 6 miles from downtown Charleston, so again, great location. Most of these are anywhere from 2 to 4 bedroom homes. Doesn’t have any community amenities, but you know, when you’re 5 minutes to the Isle of Palms, it’s really not a necessity that you have a neighborhood pool. The schools that service this are Jennie Moore Elementary, Laing Middle School and again, Wando HIgh School, not too far up the road.
