Pirates Cove is in the Old Village area of Mount Pleasant. The marsh front community is within walking distance to not only Sullivans Island, but the neighborhood parks and elementary school. The homes are primarily two or three bedrooms but select homes feature four bedrooms. Quaint subdivision with a great location to Sullivans Island.
PIRATE’S COVE is a community of about 45 homes and is located in Mt. Pleasant, right across the waterway from Sullivan’s Island, so its a great location for accessing the beaches. A number of these houses do not have a garage. Most of the homes were built in the late 80’s and early 90’s with beautiful views of the marshes. One of the negatives about PIRATE’S COVE, is that the Mt. Pleasant water treatment plant is nearby. Most of the home sizes range from around 1,200 square feet on up to over 2,100 square feet. There has been quite a lot of renovation of homes here over the last 10 years or so.
