Park West – Summerlin

From THE GATES, which are town homes, we are coming into a subsection of PARK WEST, called SUMMERLIN. SUMMERLIN is on a big circle. Homes were built by David Weekley in the early 2000’s; some of the first homes built in PARK WEST. Some of the trees have grown back in. Home prices are, at the shooting of this video, in the high $300K’s to the mid $400K’s. Some of the lots are pretty good size. I’ve sold some on the right that back up to a nice green space and wetlands, so you won’t have anything going up behind you. The advantage to these, and the first neighborhood we drove through, is the convenience of being near the entrance of PARK WEST. Getting out of PARK WEST and on to Hwy. 17 is easier as you progress back to other subsections. Home sizes range from around 2000-3500 square feet.
