Getting near the back of PARK WEST is PEMBROKE. PEMBROKE is a neighborhood built by Ryland Homes. Most of the building took place in 2007, to just two years ago. A lot of people like these houses and I do too. I like the colors and as you get further back, there is a lot of tree coverage. I have clients that live back here and they’ve really enjoyed it; lots of basketball goals, lots of social activities. It seems to be that people from all over the US have gravitated toward these homes. Good finish level for Ryland. Ryland is a production builder for those of you who might not know and I think the finishes on these homes are as good as some semi-custom houses.
