We’re in the back of PARK WEST, leaving ANDOVER and at the gates of PARK ISLAND. I don’t have a pass to get through today, but we have shot videos in the past. A lot of the homes are on an acre+ lots. It’s a deep water oriented community. Certainly, the farthest place you could buy if purchasing in Mt. Pleasant. A lot of people like the seclusion. I think it would be a lot of driving in and out of here every day, but there are a lot of homes in PARK ISLAND that people tend to gravitate toward. If you’re looking at a house back there, you’re looking at over $1 million. If you’re looking at a lot on PARK ISLAND, it would be a half million, but most do have a deep water dock, so that’s the plus with PARK ISLAND.
