We’re almost to the back of PARK WEST, and the last custom built neighborhood is MASONBOROUGH. Home sizes range from approximately 3000 to over 5000 square feet. It’s very similar to ANDOVER; nice treed lots, Lowcountry architectural style. A lot of these have marsh views. Practically, all of these homes where built by custom builders, but there have been some that have been built recently by Emerald Homes. Emerald Homes is a division of D R Horton and it’s not a custom builder necessarily, but they are throwing a lot of custom finishes into these houses. Again, this is MASONBOROUGH, inside of PARK WEST, where there are some of the larger homes in PARK WEST.
