Park West – Kensington

Directly across the street from PEMBROKE is KENSINGTON in PARK WEST. It is comprised of town homes built by Lennar and these were built in the early 2000’s. I think these offer good square footage and not really so bad a price point, ranging in the high $200K’s to low $300K’s. Lot of 4 bedrooms…..some of these are over 3000 square feet. There is a garage down and you enter on the side of the garage and there is a room down that feeds in from the garage. The middle level is your living area and kitchen with bedrooms on the upper level. I think KENSINGTON, inside of PARK WEST, is not a bad set up for someone who needs space, but don’t want a single family home. These are much more affordable than a single family home.
