This is a town home neighborhood in PARK WEST called HAMPSHIRE and built be D R Horton, from $400K and up. These are 3 story town homes with double front porches and some of them have elevators….pretty good deals, I think. Probably some of the better ones were built in 2007….a lot of upside to that.
