We’re driving in PARK WEST and going into COATBRIDGE and it’s a neighborhood built by David Weekley back in the early 2000’s and I like these. I’ve sold a couple of these over the years and the finish level….. and as I’ve spoken earlier, I like David Weekley and I think he does a good job finishing off a house. The houses are pretty close together, so it would have to be a situation where you would like to meet your neighbor, because they’re going to be practically in your front yard sometimes. The price point on these houses are in the high $300K’s to mid $400K’s. These have a hardi-plank siding which is a wood-cement composite siding and they’re near Toomer Creek, in the middle of PARK WEST. They have a nice green space which kind of centers everything up. Most of these are at least 3 bedrooms, some 4 and 5 bedrooms. Again, we’re in COATBRIDGE, a David Weekley Community, in PARK WEST.
