Park West – Churchill Park

We’re turning off PARK WEST Blvd. and going into CHURCHILL PARK which was built by D R Horton. D R Horton is a national builder ……production build houses, so they build a lot of homes at one time and these houses range from 1800 to around 3000 square feet. A lot of these do have master down but most of these have the main room over the garage and there are some two story homes. The prices, as we shoot this video, are in the low $300K’s to mid $300K’s with possibly high $300’s for some of the larger homes. There are sidewalks and it’s kid friendly, judging by all the basketball goals that line the street. I have sold homes back here to folks who were retirees who have really enjoyed it. Again, this is CHURCHILL PARK.
