Right up from THE BATTERY, is BERKLEIGH. It is another D R Horton neighborhood in PARK WEST. There is a lot more green space here. The homes back up to woodlands and wetlands. Most of these houses have master down, which is pretty much in demand these days. I like these houses. I think for the price point….high $200K’s to mid $300K’s at the shooting of this video, a pretty good value. Some of the homes are brick and a lot are vinyl-siding. There are plus and minuses to vinyl-siding. You’re not going to have to paint it and you can power wash it without worrying about chipping like with wood-siding.
