Oak Park is a small community of homes located off of Long Point Road near the interstate (I-526). Homes have three or four bedrooms. Close proximity to downtown Charleston, SC makes this a popular area.
We are on Long Point Road and turning into a very small neighborhood called OAK PARK. There are a total of 39 homes with vinyl siding, built by a tract builder. Home sizes range from approximately 1500-2200 square feet. There is a play park in OAK PARK and two ponds. Some of the homes back up to the ponds which is very nice. They did a very good job when developing, leaving beautiful Live Oaks in place. Prices range from approximately $250K-$350K which is really good price point for Mt.Pleasant.
