We’re on Long Point Road, heading to a few more neighborhoods. This is the commercial area as we head toward I-526 and the Wando River. We’re going to MOULTRIE PARK, which is a new subdivision. Its very small, but one of the things I love about it, is that you can walk or bike over to Belle Hall Shopping Center and its very close to I-526 for those who work on Daniel Island or North Charleston; a really convenient location. One of the things I love about the homes here is that the developer is putting in very high end finishes. As you can see, they are still building…..Ashton Woods, the developer is building about 16 more homes. There are like patio homes, more of a town home feel with very low maintenance. Small yards, no amenities, but there is the R. L. Jones recreation center just around the corner that has an indoor pool and sports fields. Home prices range from the low $300’s to $450K, depending on finishes and upgrades.
