Heron Lake is a small neighborhood of patio homes.. Located off of Mathis Ferry Road in Mt. Pleasant, it is a quiet secluded area. Some homes have lake views, with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 to 2 1/2 baths.
All right, guys. We’ve headed out of EAST BRIDGE and we’re going to a really small patio home community. It’s called HERON LAKE. And HERON LAKE, off of Wingo Way, and it was built in 1995 to, probably, the latest house built back here was the early 2000’s. There’s a little Heron Lake in the back of some of these houses. These are ideal if you want something small, one level…most of these are single level homes, so you have a master down. I think there’s maybe 20-25 houses back here in HERON LAKE. Prices, as of shooting this video, are in the $400K-$450K, maybe $500K range if they’ve had some rehab work done on them. And your square footage range in here is about 1500-2000 square feet.
