From SANDPIPER POINT, we’re just going to head into EAST BRIDGE TOWN HOMES. We’re going to turn on Wingo Way, right off of Mathis Ferry Road. Wingo Way runs right up to the bridge. As we go to the next neighborhood, you know, these are very affordable. EAST BRIDGE Condos Town Lofts is what they call them. I’ve had a lot of friends in college and even my programmer buddy from Ireland came over here and lived and I rented him one of these while we were programming. These were originally apartments and they converted them to condos, probably 10 years ago, during the last real estate boom. They had some roofing issues; they were apartments that needed to be rehabbed. A lot of time apartments are turned into condos. Anyway, there were lawsuits and it drove the prices down…everything has been fixed here. You can see new roofs. They replaced the decking here. These are great spots if you want to be close to Charleston. You can get a two bedroom for $150K-$160K. You do have a small pool back over here and you have a laundry facility on site. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, lots of shopping and restaurants are just a walk across the street from here. We’re leaving EAST BRIDGE Town Lofts in Mt. Pleasant SC.
