Earl’s Court is a new development in Mt. Pleasant in the historic Old Village. Developed by Loci (Formerly I’on Group) the neighborhood features single-family homes that range in size from 1,200 square feet up to 2,000 square feet with customized floor plans for each lot.
Located on Rose Wilder Lane is a small square called “Earl’s Court”. “Earl’s Court” was derived, not from the famous area of London by that name, but for “Earl,” an affectionate Labrador retriever known to “hold court” in the area.
