Daybreak

Daybreak is an extremely small subdivision of 20 home sites. Located off of Rifle Range Road, behind Cassina Heights, you will find this marsh front subdivision. Homes are custom built by various builders and range in size from 3000 to 4000 square feet and most were built in 2003 to present.There is a saltwater pond as well as a community crabbing dock.
