Coopers Pointe is an extremely small subdivision of home sites. Easy access to downtown Charleston, SC and a quick drive to I-526. Cooper’s Pointe is near the Whipple Road Parks. Please check out the videos for Coopers Pointe and the Whipple Road Parks.
So, we’re heading into COOPER’S POINTE and COOPER’S POINTE is again, off Whipple Road. This is an older neighborhood, dating back to the mid 80’s to low 90’s. Houses back here…I don’t think there are more than 25 houses; it’s not a very big neighborhood. I don’t know that it even has a home owners association. If it does, it’s very small because it doesn’t have any amenities back here. Some of these homes actually back up to a tidal creek, so you would have, in some cases, the ability to access, I guess on the right tide, out of your back yard, you could kayak. So these homes range anywhere from 1700 square feet to 3000 square feet and the location of this, COOPER’S POINTE is phenomenal. This is central Mt. Pleasant, I mean, Whipple Road area is very central to anything you would want to do in Mt. Pleasant. Towne Center is close by. Downtown Charleston is not very far. The airport, too if you’re living here, and you need to get to North Charleston area. COOPER’S POINTE in Mt. Pleasant would be a good area for you to consider.
