So Bees Crossing is a neighborhood being built in North Mt. Pleasant. Really as far out as you can go and still be in Mt. Pleasant. It’s built up towards the Awendaw City town line. Bees Crossing is being built by DR Horton. The homes….they will be about 90 of them back there according to my notes. Square footage is going to run anywhere to 1700 to 2700 square feet. And price ranges $375 K to the Mid $400 K’s, depending on the finishes you select. They’re going to have open living spaces which is what everybody wants these days. First floor owners suites so master down, 2 car garages. They’re going to have walking trails, biking paths and at present, there’s not going to be any amenities but you are close to the town of Mt. Pleasant, you are in Carolina Park Elementary School, in Cario Middle School and you are in Wando High School district. You’re about 20 minutes to the beaches on Isle of Palms, and you’re about 15 minutes from the heart of Mt. Pleasant at Bees Crossing. It’s a neighborhood I like. I think for being in Mt. Pleasant and that square footage, and size, I think you’re going to get a pretty decent value with Bees Crossing.
