FOXMOOR, a subsection of PARK WEST, is a neighborhood of single family homes. These were built by Centex and some people know Centex as Pulte Homes. I have mixed feelings about Centex. Their newer products are better than these. I don’t think these are that well constructed. It’s just my opinion. I’m not a contractor or engineer, but the homes here are probably my least favorite in PARK WEST. They range from 3 to 4 bedrooms and from about 1800-2200 square feet and a lot of them are master down. A lot of them are single story and if you are retirement age and want single floor living, these are probably pretty good spots to consider.
