Seewee Preserve consists of a 400-acre conservation development. Dedicated to preserving the serenity and natural beauty of the Low country was a conscious decision at Seewee. Located on the edge of Mt. Pleasant, it overlooks the Copahee Sound and is a relatively small community with large, estate-sized lots. Many of the homes have 5 or 6 bedrooms with about 4,000 sq ft. Sewee Preserve is a gated community for approximately 30 homeowners. It has a very secluded feel compared to other areas in Mount Pleasant.
