Looking for an affordable home in the heart of Mount Pleasant’s bustling commercial district so that you can be close to shopping, restaurants, movies and downtown Charleston? Located right off of Johnnie Dodds Blvd., less than two miles from the Ravenel Bridge, Bay Tree is a town home community consisting of 235 units. The two story homes were built between 1973 to 1983 and measure from 980 to 1,800 square feet. The neighborhood is well maintained and residents appreciate the absence of an HOA association. Bay Tree is close to downtown Charleston so it’s convenient to enjoy all the Holy City has to offer.
All right ya’ll, so we’re closer to the bridge. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are about 1/2 mile from where we are and the Ravenel Bridge…it’s about the same distance. And we’re going to ride through BAY TREE TOWN HOMES. This is a town home subdivision that consists of about 235 town homes. They don’t have garages, so you can see, you’re going to park in front of them, but the price point on these is pretty good for Mt. Pleasant. At the shooting of this video, you’re probably looking at the low $200k’s for a three bedroom, which is pretty good for something this close in. These were built from 1973-83 and the smallest ones are about 900 square feet. And the biggest ones I’ve been in are about 1800 square feet. You’re talking about something that has a shared wall with another building, but a lot of these have been rehabbed on the inside and they have super low HOA or regime fees. Again, if you want to be in Mt. Pleasant and be close to the bridge, these are something I think you should at least consider and this is BAY TREE TOWN HOMES.
